Pros (+) The staff were so nice and did everything they could to please us, the best service I've ever gotten. The location is amazing, just in the center of everything.

Pros (+) This hotel has a great, unique and expensive look but the prices are so much better for comparable hotels in less desireable locations. If we return to Playa we'll be staying at Kinbe.
Cons (-) They kept the rooms very clean but the product they use smells very harsh.
