Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, close to major attractions, supermarkets, and transport. However, many express dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty linens, infrequent housekeeping, and poorly maintained facilities. Service is also frequently criticized, with reports of unhelpful or unresponsive staff and issues with amenities not matching descriptions. Noise levels are a concern for several guests, and some feel the value for the price paid does not meet expectations. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and service.
