The kitchen is well equipped. The room is clean and new. The bathroom was also clean until the other folks came.
Maybe it was my mistake, but I didn't realize that it's an appartment, and that I have to share bathroom. Mostly it was like living in a place with some strangers. My room was between kitchen, bathroom and living room, and it had a glass door. So I could hear everything. Wasn't very lucky with the neighbors (including the folks upstairs)

I liked everything! The hostess Guisy is very sweet and friendly woman. She showed and explained me everything, gave a map of the city and even gave advice on where to look, how to use public transport and showed where the supermarket is located. I'm very grateful to her! The location of the hotel for me, as an active traveler, is the most optimal. The airport 30 minutes walk, the train station 20 minutes walk from the hotel. The city center you can also be reached in 20 minutes. The resort of Marina di Pisa you can be reached by bus in 25-30 minutes.
