Breakfast was good and wifi. Staff were pleasant.
We are a married couple and were put in twin room. Power points and some lamps didnt work.
Nice and comfortable room. Spacious and clean. Very close to the sight seeing spot. Nice breakfast and restaurant.
A little bit expensive.
Breakfast and location were good.
The hotel advertises to have air conditioning (for the hotel's benefit, technical definition of conditioning of air is changing the temperature and/or the humidity, not just blowing the same air with a fan and putting a switch in the hotel room that has snowflake symbols on it). The "air conditioning" is a central system with control panels in the room that control the fan speed, but the actual air temperature is controlled by the hotel (and it was either off because they didnt want to pay for it, or broken). You have no option to control the temperature in the room. The room never cooled off after ~3 hours of having the room controller on the "max A/C" setting. After asking the receptionist to reduce the main unit temperature (not an unreasonable request during July heatwave in Europe) he said he would do what he could, but nothing changed. 2 hours later (middle of night before an international flight) I called and asked again, with a similar response. An hour later, called and asked for a fan to be delivered, he said they had no fans. Gave up and opened the windows to listen to the techno music thumping from the bar downstairs and managed to fall asleep for a brief period before my alarm went off. The whole point is not to complain about the lack of air conditioning but the deceptive advertising, and the fact that through this entire stay (3 complaints of the same problem) absolutely no consolation was offered by the hotel. Had I known this in advance I would have happily booked at the international chain just a block away for around the same price, and if you plan to go to Pilsen anytime during the summer months, suggest you do the same.
Couldnt find a fault, staff very friendly and helpful, lovely hotel, lovely city
