Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and, in a few cases, the comfort of the beds. However, many reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities, with repeated mentions of unpleasant odors, bugs, and general disrepair. The breakfast was frequently criticized for lack of quality and variety. The pool area and amenities were often found to be closed, dirty, or under renovation, leading to disappointment. Service was mixed, with some friendly staff noted but also reports of unhelpful or slow service. Overall, positives were limited mainly to the location and occasional comfort, while negatives centered on cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities.

I called the day before to make sure the indoor pool and lazy river was open and working, I was told yes they were!! When we got there the lazy river was green and not working and the pool was not heated. Then we found bed bugs in the bed, that was the last straw.

The hotel is going through renovations. There was no signage about any amenities available. They had quite a bit of trouble finding my reservation. It was saved under another name, Jamie; ( there's no one in my family named Jamie). The hallways & room had a musty smell and we killed a roach in our room.
