The room was very nice and clean, beds were comfortable, location of my room easy access.
When we booked the room it said breakfast included, we had stay at this motel before and the breakfast was one of the reasons we rebooked, and the location of the motel. There was no breakfast. They had coffee in the lobby with a pack of grits, nothing else. I feel the booking was misleading cause it said breakfast included in the price. The hair dryer was not working correctly only blew cool air. So took forever to dry my hair. I realize these motels had limitations due to covid-19 but don't advertise braskfast included in the price if you can't provide.
Clean hotel, very friendly staff.
Front desk staff were very friendly. No complaint when we left after one night refunded back to the card
The property was musty smelled of mold and generally run_down. We had a Jacuzzi in the room it did not work. The tub did not drain nor the bathroom sink
No breakfast, did not know til we ask, pools sucked, was not told rooms will not be clean until we ask
Location was great.
The indoor pool was nasty. It wasn't heated and it was dirty.

There are some restaurants in Pigeon Forge serving a variety of foods, ranging from southern cuisine to homemade delicacies at the Lil Black Bear Café. Restaurants serve different foods, adequately catering for individual tastes and preferences, including seafood at Harpoon Harry's Crab House. For the meat lovers, Bennett's Pit Bar-B-Que has you covered.
As is the case with some destinations in the hospitality industry, the Park Tower Inn has had its fair share of challenges. Guests have reported cases of bedbug infestations and problems with the pool. A larger percentage of visitors have however enjoyed their stays at the Park Tower Inn, which remains a popular choice for families and couples.
