Nice place for a family vacation.
Hotel was very centrally located. Breakfast was available although we didn’t an opportunity to try it. Rooms were nice and clean. We did not have much interaction with the staff, but they were pleasant and helpful.
Beds were a little too firm for my personal liking.
Good family olace to stay
Great lobby. Good breakfast. Great room.
Not a place to return to
The location was good, and the room was clean
The bed was hard as a rock. We had a first floor room, and could hear everyone who came down the hall to the elevator. It was one of the noisiest rooms I have ever had. The room had a musty smell initially, although once the fan was running, that went away. I am not very critical of motel rooms usually, but I will not stay at this location again.
Horrible juice and fruits during breakfast.
Staff was very friendly and accomodating
Didn't enjoy being placed in a room next to pets that decided to start barking at 6 am
Quiet, not directly on the Parkway. Clean and comfortable.
Hampton Inn Pigeon Forge Review
The hotel lobby and the rooms were very nice. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was in a great location that was just a little hard to spot from the road. Breakfast was good for the most part - the waffles just don't get done enough in that type waffle iron.
The walls were so thin that I could hear our neighbors complete conversations. There was a dog that barked sporadically. Thankfully there was only one and it didn't bark all night.
Clean, comfortable beds, nice free breakfast & easy access to main attractions.
I didn't like the fact pets were allowed.
Suite was very spacious.
Pet friendly hotel was not for me. I have severe allergies to pet dander and the carpet in our suite smelled like urine.
