I had to go to the front desk to get new towels. The first 2 days I said there I had to use the same towels because I didn't get new towles to the room when I had them laid out when I had the room cleaned. They also didn't have any kind of meat or eggs for breakfast. It was only bread such as cereal, toast, biscuit, gravy, and waffles. I was very disspointed and won't be staying here anymore
All of the young people, mostly foreigners, who hung around the facility at all hours. It appeared to be a somewhat trashy environment.
Convience to town.
No coffee pot in room, didn't serve breakfast or coffee until 8 ( we are early risers). shower run cold then very hot and where microwave was sitting, plug in didn't work..
Right off the parkway. Lots of things to do/eat close by.
They put us in the handicap room so there was no tub in bathroom and the shower head wasn't tall enough to get your head under! It had been raining a lot that day so our first floor room was musty with a moldy smell. Don't count on breakfast there. Cold biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, cold cereal. That's about it.
It was extremely hot in the hotel even with the a/c on. The room was very small, the smoke detector was not hooked up and was just hanging from the ceiling, the sheets were not clean, there was not a blanket (only sheets), the bathroom had alot of cosmetic damage. The pictures that show when booking this hotel are not an accurate view of what it really looks like. Very poor looking. The breakfast actually made my husband and I sick.
Staff was very friendly. Good location. Good room for the money.
Wi-fi was spotty.
