Pros: The staff we’re very helpful and the hotel was perfect for what we wanted.

Cons: Not much of a view but certainly wasn’t expecting much being in a city

Pros: very helpful and friendly person at the front desk, who provided a lot of information

Cons: - not very central - the bathroom was full wih mosquitos, because the window of the bathroom was opened and not covered with a mosquito net

Pros: Totally friendly stuff, good speaking English. Take his time for the customer. Would come back to you. Room was clean and quiete comfortable with all what you need. Good for backpackers.

Pros: Really friendly and helpful owner. Taking care of you whatever you need. Located pretty well within wlking distance to the old town and some nice markets.

Cons: No real window in the room. Pretty noisy and furniture pretty outdated.

Pros: The host is very helpful and friendly. He speaks English well and can give recommendations. Our room was clean and had good air conditioning and WiFi. It was extremely quiet at night. Great location near old Phuket town. Would recommend to anyone passing through the area as it is a great value.

Pros: Central location in the old town, kindness of the staff and hotel decoration. Very good coffee too at the boutique. We were there 4 years ago, and came back this year, it still a very nice place to stay in Phuket.

Pros: I like that you enter the property through a coffee shop. The room was very clean and staff very friendly.

Pros: Friendly staff, beautiful room design, super cool access through a coffee shop, central location in Phuket old town.

Cons: While it's not the hotels fault, the loud motorcycles throughout the night disturbed our sleep too much. Even with earplugs, it was still too loud. I would not stay here again.

Pros: It was well located in the Old Town. It was clean and everything worked.

Pros: Very reasonable price and good location in main street and Sunday market (the traffic would be block out after 15pm). Really friendly and helpful staff who's coming to unlock the door while the card isn't working. Nice features combine with old house and modern design.

Cons: No lift. The water pressure is very small at the sink. The key card isn't working and we have to call to reset the swipe. It's not easy to see the ID setting with loud music disturbing from the market. The traffic noise from midnight till late is horrible and unbearable, even with 2 layers window and located on the 3rd floor with curtain's on No Help! So if you're a light sleeper or travel with kid, don't ask the room face to the main street. Since it's more like B&B style guesthouse, I can understand with ants, but not expecting to see cockroach eating in our bin! My friend has cockroach-phobia so it's zero tolerance to stay in the room with it. The air-condition is just above the our heads and since my friend has fever and feeling cold, we have to turn off the AC. So it'd be nice if there is a fan provided. Due to the traffic noise and no window open, with no AC no fan, it is hectic and uncomfortable to sleep.

Pros: The location and the staff was very reactive.

Cons: Everything was great. The worst thing was to go up several steps to our room with the luggage.

Pros: Great location, just right in the middle of old town area. The café on the ground floor is very cozy with great coffee of course. The room no.4 I stayed in is very clean and equipped with amenities.

Pros: Location is perfect in center of old town , down stair is coffee shop , easy to find food restaurance , can walk around old town , fantastic time .
