English couple, two night stay in early Mar 20. Good location, nice spacious and clean rooms. All of the staff are simply amazing and cannot do enough to help you; they all have a good level of English. Special shout out to Ticky and Irini (on the front desk), and Fouzi (the ever smiling and polite bell boy) for their excellent service throughout our stay. Breakfast had a great spread of options including local and Western. We will stay again if we are back this way.
The only downside in all of stay was when we ordered dinner one meal arrived 10 minutes before the second - a minor but important point; and to their credit having told the management about this they promised to pass it on to their F&B team for it to be looked into.
Staff were lovely - we had a French lady and a gentleman from Indonesia help us and they were great! (Can’t remember their names apologies) Location was close to restaurants and the town. Room was spacious, couldn’t hear neighbours, very clean and well kept. All round would recommend others to stay :)
The lift had no aircon so it got very warm on the journey to and from our room.
The location is amazing
It was in a perfect location, with access to local street markets and all other amenities. Very helpful staff, special mention to Jay, concierge at the front door. He took us to a local shopping centre and organised a local SIM card, no questions asked. All in all, and efficient and comfortable stay with good breakfast and a nice view from the rooftop bar !! Would recommend.
Bed was a bit hard, bathroom light shone through the glass wall at night, which disturbed sleep when jet lagged, but nothing serious. Just an all round solid place to stay.
So we had to book this place at a high price as we were quite late in planning our new year's vacay & it was high season. Room was good & clean, a nice seating area in the lobby, variety in breakfast, a cool rooftop bar, the only downside was pool area and gym which was not up to the mark. The staff was phenomenal especially Fon, she arranged my wife's birthday surprise with me when she saw her d.o.b (30/12) on the passport during our hotel check in.
The location was a bit off, far away from beaches/piers/main tourist attractions
Novotel Phuket Phokeethra is Accors homage to the historic heart of this resort island. Situated close to the old quarter with its ancient architecture, Buddhist temples and Taoist shrines, the hotel offers inquisitive travellers an opportunity to immerse themselves in a time when prosperity first arrived on the island - not from tourists, but from the settlers who came from the Arabian Peninsula, China, India and Portugal, leaving behind a stunning heritage and blend of architecture.
