Floyd was helpful..Need need more staff like him.
Still broken ice machine, people from adjoining room in our room and someone locked door from the inside.. Some lady spilled hair dye that we tried to clean up, TV cable was disconnected and no one fixed that in the PM or am as promised. Short on linens and Floyd in housekeepingmaintenance gave us some. He was very accommodating. Waited in line for 2 hours or more with a reservation in the heat (105+) and it was well after 5pm that I finally got a room. No TV cable ever hooked up for us. Couldn't swim due to locked pool even though some guests went in anyway. Oxeralll, very disappointing. I usually stay there when I am in town, but am seriously considering other options. Grsde: D.
There was no microwave and the room was filthy. Stains on sheets and blankets and the carpet was beyond disgusting. Horrible area, heard fighting loud voices and gunshots all night several prostitutes and obvious drug dealers. The staff was lazy and extremely rude. I stayed two nights and extended my stay and prepaid for two more nights but they said I didn't pay and had to get out even had security at my room watching like I was a criminal. They gave me 20 min to pack all my things. I showed them the receipt showing I prepaid and they refused to credit charges because my elderly friend paid even though he was there and signed for the change. I sat outside in hundred degree heat for 6 hours and then they finally gave refund on my friends card. Never did I receive an apology.
