Nothing worked. The fridge didn't work, the location was terrible, the trash was run at 4 AM right outside my bedroom, my keycard kept getting erased so I'd have to wait in the long lines just to get back into my room. How they handled room payments (I rented the room ahead of time, but they didn't take the money until I stayed.) I'm lucky I rented online through a travel website; I would have been very upset had I paid the $100+ they were charging. It certainly wasn't even close to worth $100 a night.
They offer wifi with a charge but it never worked and their business center was out of service
The cute black girl at the front desk.
It took an hour to get internet after paying $7 for it.
2nd stay here
The room was n ice and clean, and the location was very convenient. Plenty of restaurants nearby and easy to get to from the freeway.
I liked the location. There were many businesses and restaurants very close by.
We stayed at the Inn for a week. Staff was friendly and informative. Nice pool although the weather was a little too cool to jump in. We wanted a safe and comfortable place to sleep and that is what we had. We would stay there again.
It has been about 8 year since we had been in Phoenix and sadly, the MetroCenter area seems to be a bit run down. More homeless than I had remembered and I'm sorry to see the condition of the area deteriorating. Not the hotel's fault but location could scare some people off.
