We have stayed here many times before COVID, but on this visit (Dec21) we were very disappointed by the state of this hotel. Our room was grungy - it had stained carpeting and upholstery, a barely-functioning faucet, a very beat up foldout couch mattress, and a toilet that didn’t flush correctly. There was also no security lock (the chain/bar) on our door - the screw holes were visible where it has been removed. The shower was weak and cold too, and the bathroom door paneling was peeling like something from an old motel. The staff was very kind to us on our visit so I’m sorry I can’t give a better review. On our last morning we found an extra food charge on our bill ($5.50) and our whole family was so tired of the place that we didn’t even go to the front desk to complain- we just wanted to get out of there. This place used to be a clean and efficient place to stay, but I guess Hyatt has ignored the maintenance on it too long. We won’t stay here again.
Pros:The pool.
Cons:1). Front desk personnel. After struggling to find my husbands information, I wasn't even asked if I wanted points or something from the pantry. Just given points. There was no cold, fresh water available like most other hotels. The room itself was very warm, to the point of being uncomfortable. The cooler couldn't be set below 66. I almost asked for a fan but my friend said she was ok so I didn't. I went looking for ice and the sign said it was available on the 3rd floor and Lobby Gallery. As I was returning a cart, I asked at the front desk where could I get ice. The young lady replied that she would fill it this time but that I needed to get it from the third floor from then on. The breakfast in the morning was lukewarm to cold. We WERE going to be returning to this hotel on the 19th, but have decided not to because of these issues.
Pros:Multiple sleeping options for a large family
Cons:Bathroom was a tad small
Pros:The room was spacious and the decor up to date. The carpet was new and clean. Bedding is very comfortable, a real comforter. I liked the bar area and the bathroom sink and counter. There were enough mirrors that they could be set up as a three-way while getting dressed for a special occasion. The bar and grill sure is nice. They permit guests to take drinks back to the room, most hotels do not. Breakfast was real food.
Cons:There was no closet or hanger rod. I had nowhere to hang dresses for wedding events, or to keep my shoes. My suitcase had to be kept out on the couch. There was no USB port.
Pros:Room was clean. Small, but neat. Room service was a nice option. Nice small gym. Friendly staff. Cleaning lady was very courteous and friendly. Great area.
Cons:The shower head wasnt working properly, which resulted in low water pressure in the shower.

Cons:I was surprised at how dirty the rooms were. Stains (that looked like dried blood boogers) were all over the curtains and night light next to the bed. We had a room on the highway side of the hotel, and it was incredibly loud. Like, surprisingly loud. Not a pleasant nights sleep.
Pros:We needed last minute accommodations so as a business traveler, we chose a brand I frequently use. Our room was surface clean only and barely...dirty mirrors and drawer pulls caked with something spilled or built up from repeated neglect. Mattress was long overdue for change. No in room movies available because servers were down and never came up all day or evening. Staff was friendly and can't blame desk team but disappointing reflection on the brand ovreal and I am a Hyatt passport member.
Pros:Staff was supper helpful and attentive. Breakfast bar, pure heaven!!! Our room squeaky clean! satisfied 100% Thank you!!
Pros:We had a nice stay at the Hyatt. Customer service was superb and the breakfast was really good.
Cons:Our room was on the freeway side of the property so it was really loud. Next time down to Phoenix we would request a room on the opposite side of the hotel.
Cons:I found a couple of hairs on bath tub ....
