Guests of the Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort who are looking to keep fit while on holiday can join one of the many fitness classes on offer at the Tocasierra Fitness Center. Classes are offered every day of the week, and you will find more energetic options such as CardiYO and zumba, strength workouts such as Strength & Sculpt, core strengthening and stretching with yoga and pilates classes. If group classes are not your thing, you can book a personal training session, either individually, with a partner, or even with a small group of friends.
