An old favorite updated for today
We got a tremendous deal and enjoyed a junior suite (with separate seating area).
Bathroom not insulated?
Overall stay is really nice and comfortable. Staffs are very nice and professional.
Our room is pretty comfortable except that the bathroom seems like it’s not heated or there is no insulation on the walls it feels like it’s 10 degree colder than the room itself. Water takes a long time to heat up as well. Also there was a fire that broke out the very first night of our stay. Everyone has to evacuate the room and stay in the lobby then got moved to the ballroom. We were able to go back to our roll in about an hour. Just our luck I suppose.
Good location, cleanliness and safety so-so
This hotel was a decent value and the bed was comfortable. The location is excellent.
Safety: We checked in with several couples. One couple opened the door to their room after checking in and heard the TV on and saw someone's work boots on the floor by the bathroom. The hotel clerk had given them the keys to someone else's occupied room! The next morning, someone opened the door to my husband's and my room while I was sleeping. I called out my husband's name and the person closed the door. My husband ran out of the bathroom and checked the hall, but no one was there. Thank goodness we had closed the extra security slider so they could only open the door about an inch. Otherwise, who knows what would have happened. After that, we were anxious the whole morning until checkout. Thank goodness our stay was only one night.
So welcoming to me and my dog!
Friendly, helpful staff. Generous sized rooms ( ours was the signature king). Pet friendly, and great location 1 block from Rittenhouse sq and close to shopping, universities, museums, etc. Very good coffee/ breakfast place Bluestone Lane just off the lobby. Wifi worked well.
the price was a little high. It was a busy weekend in town so we paid it but normally there are nice hotels in the area that cost less.
Thieves in the parking staff
I had my iPod stolen from my car by the valet/parking staff.
Expensive, not as many amenities as other hotels up the street
Pretty place with terrible service
Huge room, comfortable bed
This hotel is unsusuccessfully trying to be a luxury hotel, which it does look like. Looks aren't everything though. The way you're treated by the staff is most important in a luxury hotel. This where the Warwick falls flat on its face. The "doormen" never acknowledged us going in or out. When the bellman showed us to our room, we asked where the ice machine was, instead of filling our ice bucket, he showed us where we could get our own ice--pretty classy guy. Now for the maid service: When we showered the first morning, there ware only two hand towels, one of which we had to use as a bath mat. My husband asked one of the maids on our floor for a couple more hand towels. Her reply was that she had none! We had to call housekeeping to ask for extra hand towels and a bath mat. When our room was done that morning, we got a bath mat, but no hand towels. They also failed to replace our coffe, coffee cups and drinking glasses. We were givien an hour extension for check out, but our maid knocked on our door three times to ask when we were checking out. All three times she knocked on the door were before noon! If Radison wants to run this hotel as a high-end hotel, they need to actually train there entire staff how to serve their guests.
Racist white staff.
Very convenient location. Clean room. Good fitness center. Several other parking options less than a block away for less $ than hotel parking.
The front desk staff were not very helpful upon check in and volunteered no information at all. Hotel has no in house lobby bar.
Cool lobby and great rooms.
Fitness facility is great.
Some rooms are in need of a little tlc.
False advertising hotel.
Fitness center was nice and the room was clean.
No rooms available at 3:00 check in. The desk clerk said he would call when a room is ready but he never called. The maid was the nicest hotel employee. The staff said they have self parking but that is not true, it is just side door valet parking.
