Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests were very pleased with the hotel's excellent location, especially for visiting UPenn and University City. Many reviews praised the staff for being friendly, professional, and helpful, and several guests highlighted the cleanliness of the rooms. Some guests also found the beds comfortable. However, there were negative comments about noise from the air conditioning, small room sizes, occasional housekeeping lapses, and issues with amenities such as the pool and breakfast. Despite these drawbacks, the positives of location, service, and cleanliness stood out in the majority of reviews.
