Cons: The kids were not allowed in the swimming pool, spa or hot tubs outside. If there could have been one or two hours in the day where this was possible, it would have made our holiday perfect. It was low season and the hotel was pretty empty - the kids had a good time on the beach though.

Pros: It was our second time to the hotel, and it was better than we remembered! Room clean,beds comfy, staff very friendly and helpful. Food still great value for money. Parking secure and onsite. Beach nearby (just outside the hotel) very family/children friendly- shallow, sandy. Activities during the day and evening for your little ones, the animators professional and likeable. The pool great too, just not warm yet.

Cons: Parquet flooring all over has a minus: although overall a quiet room, we could hear our neighbor upstairs walking but that was not disturbing.

Cons: I booked this place specifically because it had private parking, however a day after receiving confirmation of my booking I received an email from the hotel telling me that they could only provide car parking for 1 of the 2 days we stayed. The booking was non refundable and if I cancelled the booking I would be charged the full amount. This is not acceptable. If the provider could not comply with all my booking requirements they should have declined the reservation or give the choice of canceling. This is something that booking.com should rectify and avoid client despleasure.

Cons: Only one member of staff needs changing and he was one of the two Male staff at breakfast, and it wasn't Sam as he was really nice and helpful unlike the other guy, ie, he set up breakfast tables away from a sea view and moan when we asked to sit near the window, and when we were the only people in the restaurant !

Pros: Excellent position. Easy access by bus from train station. One street back from the beaches. Easy walk to the old town areas. Very pleasant place to stay. Excellent staff and very knowledgeable with local information. Good value dinner on the days they're open. Fairly good breakfast.
Cons: Wi-Fi not good in our room because of fire door. Open the door and a bit better. Needs fixing with better routers. Cannot dry wet towels.
