The Bellhop was very helpful.
No heat in room, nearly froze. Bathroom curbless shower drain was plugged, flooded the bathroom floor (curb@door) and made it difficult to dry (no bath mat, only 2 towels, no wash cloth, no hand towels). Freezing cold.
