Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests frequently praised the hotel's value for money, convenient location, and spacious rooms. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness and poor service, particularly at reception, as well as maintenance problems in some rooms and bathrooms. While some guests found the staff friendly and helpful, others reported rude or unhelpful interactions. Overall, the hotel offers good value and a comfortable stay for many, but consistency in service and cleanliness could be improved.
