Cons:Buffet too much food for me. Carpet smells a little musty. The pillows crumbling. Balcony needs a little cleaning under the wood floor. Air sometimes hard to control.

Cons:I was checked in to a room with multiple problems namely: lighting was not working, AC was not working, the bathroom and the room itself have foul stench, carpet was dirty and the balcony has not been swept for a while. I had to call at least 7x to speak with the manager and wait 3 hours to be moved to a new room. When I asked if I was given a deluxe room the response I received was more infuriating, it was a blunt NO. I was given a standard room and my deluxe room was given to someone else. When the manager realized that she could not convince me to stay in a dirty room she finally decided to change my room. I am a frequent stayer since 2013 but due to this unforgettable experience I will not be coming back.
Cons:for some reason, the bathroom shower was not designed to stop the water from spilling out. hard to keep the floor dry.

Cons:They did not keep the standard of the food service the same in their buffet . I would rate them at most a 3.5 Also when I was upgraded my room they told me and gave me a sheet of paper telling me I can stay until 4pm. Next day ,but they reneged and extended my stay until 1 pm.
Pros:Sunset at Manila Bay is awesome, you don't need to get out of the place to experience. Staff very friendly and attentive. Will stay again.

Cons:common space air conditioning is very cold, had to leave the sports bar because it was so cold (wearing jeans and a long sleeve t-shirt) buffet is ridiculously overpriced for the quality $65 USD per person dinner Thursdays sports bar is overpriced $35 USD for 2 hot chocolates, a small crappy pizza, and mozza sticks mozza sticks were not breaded but wrapped in spring roll wrappers and greasy pizza ordered was not good and the order was wrong sports bar took 10 mins to order and 30 mins to make pizza and mozza sticks does not allow outside food to be delivered to the hotel pool is freezing cold water slides were under maintenance reception does not respond to email entirely, whenever I emailed them before arriving they would respond to part of the email but I would have to email again to get a response for the rest cannot control balcony light no chairs on balcony shower cold water would cut out every few minutes so the water was scalding hot flowers on balcony not watered, dying mold in shower grout needs to be scrubbed/bleached bathrooms are too dark, need a lighted mirror
