Attention to design details make the room feel much nicer than the average hotel room.
Walks are super thin - which is a disappointing since the rest of the room was so great
Everything was great!
Having hot water available for tea at night.
Great stay for a reasonable price
We loved the staff. Very friendly and the restaurant was terrific. The bed was very comfortable and the location has its own bus stop which is convenient for the free local bus service.
Overall I really have no real complaints about the hotel other than the lack of a regular shuttle service. The shuttle driver is extremely nice and will take you anywhere but the shuttle is only available some hours of some days. I assume this is due to there being only one shuttle driver. I WOULD recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in park city.
The staff were great and overall the service was exceptional.
The hotel is currently being remodeled and this leaves some things "rough around the edges". The hotel will likely be great in the future; however, there were some inconveniences related to the construction.
The Peaks has been better
This hotel is till in a great location and has a ton of potential. My stays in the past have been great. The fresh remodel looks like it's going to be great, the pool/spa area are already done and are beautiful.
First, they are doing renovations. I knew this going in, no problem. But they are actively remodeling rooms, and doing the work at night. For my first two nights, the crews were thumping around in the room above mine until about 11pm. Not too late, but I was skiing early in the morning, so it kinda sucked. Then, on my final night there, I was awakened by a LOUD party hitting the room next door. Blasting hip-hop music, yelling, etc. Ok, typical of a ski town and the hotel staff handled it quickly, but here's the problem. . .from the sounds of the extremely loud conversations, which were easy to hear, at least one or more of the partyers was a hotel employee. She knew exactly which rooms were available on which floors. I really don't think it's smart business to let your employees use vacant rooms to party in, it doesn't make your paying guests very happy!
Very clean room and facilities. Pool was nice and also the hot tubs! I live looking up at the stars in a hot tub.
Bed was really soft and sagged quite a bit while sleeping. Could use updating on the shower head. Also if the sauna worked it would of helped my rating.
The bed was very comfortable and free breakfast was included.
Not walking distance from Main Street and the TV had some problems.
those who worked the front desk were all very kind and helpful. The breakfast bar was pretty good, though more fresh fruit would have been good. the soap/toiletries were really nice.
lumpy floor and carpet, no screens on door to porch, making it difficult to keep the a.c. off and just have the window open. The road out front is noisy and the wall unit for a.c. is loud and hard to control.
A bit dated but clean and comfortable
Beds are comfy, rooms are clean. Big hot tub. Nice sauna.
Decor is dated, overall the hotel has a cheap feel. Breakfast was marginal (powdered eggs, but good waffles).
Very good but not great!
Parking, cleanliness, staff and amenities.
Nothing major but we didn't have trash liners, pool was pretty dirty with a lot of dead bugs and we didn't have the robes in the room as advertised. Again nothing to keep us from coming back but could have been a little better. For the price and location it is hard to be critical. If you have a family and a budget but you expect cleanliness this is the place.
A nice surprise.
The hotel staff was really nice and let me know about the underground parking available which was great for the safety of my gear from traveling across country. The hotel room was nice and clean , and quite comfortable. Nothing too luxurious, but really weLP done for the price in Park City. I would certainly stay here again.
location. included FULL buffet, hot, breakfast
Slow, regular, Dripping Fire Sprinklers in Rm.311. We reported this to front desk on our checkout. They responded genuinely concerned and said they would have maintenance inspect right away. They were on the phone to maintenance as we left.
bed was not the most comfortable
Nice clean hotel, good breakfast not included in rate - there was a safe/ deposit-box in the room - that's great !!!
A fridge would be good to have in the room
For the price, this was an excellent one-night stay, with a large room and facilities of a much more expensive hotel. Breakfast was quite acceptable and again, very good value.
The first day there was a plumbing problem where it appeared that sewage water (brown) was backing up and got into the fresh water supply. We resorted to bottled water for drinking and brushing teeth, and decided not to eat at their restaurant.
big room, very nice and clear
the hotel & staff were very good i didn't arrive till very late and the staff were very helpful in booking me in and showing me where to park the car & help with my luggage
Price was right, staff was friendly and beds were comfortable.
Rooms were a bit too small, even for the price. I'm not sure about the walls, but the floors are thin. The people in the room above us sounded as if they were stomping grapes at 6:00 am every morning.
It was a nice room for the price. We enjoyed the cable tv and having a mini fridge in the room.
The rooms were a little small, the shower was either extremely cold or hot and when our room was cleaned the maid didn"t leave any clean towels.
The bed was fantastic; the rooms were "roomy"; the food was not bad at all; the pool facilities were great.
The front desk attendees were polite, but seemed a little indifferent this weekend. The rooms were neat and tidy and clean, but felt "well-used". Wasn't very fond of the showers (maybe it was just our room).
The hotel staff upgraded us to the honeymoon suite for our anniversary.

Guests at the hotel can stay in a King Room, 2 Queen Room, or a King Suite. The King Suite is done in the style of a studio apartment. All of the 127 rooms are decorated with furnishings that look classically middle of the century. The decor is not dated, just stylized. The rooms are comfy and have 55” flatscreen TVs for watching when the day is over. There are luxury touches throughout the room to add to the ambiance.
Guests can dine at Versante Hearth + Bar. It’s part of the hotel and serves delicious wood-fired pizzas and tasty street bread. There are also some hearty pasta dishes on the menu and some seasonal items that switch out through the year. Guests can order some of the local beers that are on tap at the bar, as well as wines and other beverages. Beyond the hotel, Park City is full of other places for dining. There are some fun bars to hit up, too.

Christy Sports is located right on the property with direct access straight from the hotel’s lobby. There are fun tubing hills for a great family day.
