Pros (+) Staff members were wonderfully friendly and helpful. But I don't remember any names. The gas fireplaces, hot tub, beds & laundry were especially nice. We liked the peppermint patties. Thank you.
Cons (-) Maybe quieter fans on the gas fireplaces. And we had some trouble keeping all of our outlets working. We called & they said to turn on certain wall switches.

Pros (+) This hotel is wonderful. First class service (and this comes from a regular Ritz Carlton stayer). My husband and I are both platinum and used to attentive staff - this property and it’s staff go beyond. They always had our skis and warmed boots waiting for us and greeted us with a smile. Highly recommend!
