Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as its excellent location close to attractions and public transport. Cleanliness is frequently highlighted as a strong point, with many mentioning well-maintained rooms and bathrooms. However, several guests were disappointed by the lack of air conditioning, especially during hot weather, and some found the breakfast selection limited or basic. Room sizes and amenities such as elevators and ventilation also received occasional criticism, but overall, the positive service and cleanliness stand out.AI-generated from customer reviews
