probably worst hotel experience
The staff is difficult to work with and not helpful.
Large room close to Metro stop. Lots of options for dining and grocery shopping in the neighborhood. Elevators were extremely fast. Great view of the Eiffel from the rooftop terrace.
Staff & everything except the internet connection & carpet
Internet connection. I do not recommend for business travels.
Location. Bilingual staff. Honest staff(they found my pearl/gold bracelet & contacted me). Cleanness. Caring staff (even if could not speak English housekeeping was going above & beyond to find someone to speaks English).
It seems some rooms were not renovated. However clean but old especially the carpet full of marks. Around toilet the wood was coming off.
Sticky breakfast floor. Smelly bathroom sink. Shower curtain that cannot stop water from spilling of bath tub
the room was fairly large and comfortable.
The location is WAY farther than it appears (Eiffel Tower, etc)...walking is at least 30 mins to anywhere you want to be. this place is only 7 floors, no rooftop view that looks like the pictures. It is more business like and not in any tourist walking
Location location location: Rue de Vaugirard is great, near two Metro lines, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, a Starbucks just a block away
YES. The internet didn't work on our first day there. On the second day it was 'almost' working, meaning that there was a signal but it was extremely slow -- so slow that I couldn't work as I'd planned. NOT 4* QUALITY. The third day it worked fine.
Location...close to the Metro but not in a high tourist area. Staff was very friendly, very helpful.
Very nice hotel and staff. Clean and great amenities.
Location is not the best for vacation/ tourism. Would recommend as a great business trip hotel, but location is not great for tourism.
Location is ok.
View of the tower is only available from the bar/lounge on the 7th floor. Carpet in rooms are dirty and stained. Walls have scratches. Rooms smell like sewer. Not a 4 star hotel at all. Too expensive for what you get.
At the heart of the capital, discover the Novotel Paris Vaugirard Montparnasse hotel. For holidays with the family, romantic getaways or business trips, the hotel offers comfortable rooms and 15 meeting rooms that are ideal for seminars and conferences. Take a moment to unwind on the restaurant patio or bar terrace, with panoramic views over Paris. Take the nearby metro and explore the city. Choose the left bank at Novotel.
