Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near public transport and attractions, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff received positive remarks for being friendly and helpful, and many guests found the rooms to be clean and tidy. Value for price was also highlighted as a strength, especially for Paris standards. Some guests noted issues with the building's age, lack of elevator, and occasional noise, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives in guest experiences.
