Location is great - 2-3 mins walking from metro station and 10 mins walking from Republic Square. The area is full of restaurants and coffees. Reception staff was kind. They gave us another room after complaining. It was just slightly better than the previous room.
Extremely small and very dirty bathroom full of mold. Shower was broken and shower curtain was dirty. Old furniture in the room The pillows were not comfortable, bed was ok The elevator is so tiny.... Just for 1 person
Nothing - hotel awful & a death trap. Wouldn't be allowed in UK.
Everything. Dirty. Can't use bathroom with door closed - basically wardrobe converted! Mould everywhere. No refreshment facilities in room, not that you would wish to use if available. Nothing good to say.
It doesn’t have enough electricity plugs to plug the wires.
Abolutely nothing. This is the worst experience we ever had!
We were travelling from Amsterdam reached hotel at Parison 3 October 2019 at 12:30 noon. One of our guest my daughter who uses wheelchair for mobility. When we reached the hotel a man managing the reception desk rudely said you check in time is 3pm and keep your bag and go and come back at 3pm. How rude it was! We have girl with special need and this rude man instead of allowing us to occupy our room which was cleaned and vacant driving was away. How inhumane it was! We wanted to use the wash room and he has shown a washroom which was outside our room and was dirty and not accessable for wheelchair. Finally agreed to open the door of our room and allowed my daughter to use the bathroom inside the room. after that he clearly told us to go away and come at 3pm. This is our worst nightmare! We were travelling from a different country, hungry and thirst and when we reached the hotel this kind of welcome! If this is the hospitality guest can expect, then this hotel is not good for nothing. When we came in the in the evening after spending considerable time outside, the hand shower was broken and working. Hotel staff said that can be fixed only the following morning. We had no shower and next morning they fixed it and when we were going out, the same man who rudely bhaved with us previous day was telling us that we should be careful with the hand shower and make sure that we don't brweak it. What a stupid mentality this man has! He is blaming the guest for his own shortcomings. Hotel staff should check all the equipments working in the room before allowing the guest to check-in instead this man was blaming the gusets. When we were leaving after couple of days of nightmare experience, I asked the man (this time differenr person) to call for a taxi to go to airport. He agreed to call but he took my credit card details since we need to to prepay the taxi fare. When we gone to the airport the taxi driver said the fare i have to pay. Why cr card details taken by hotel...
The area of Paris
Hotel reception looked ok, but the staff were very unfriendly and looked very unhappy. The room looked like it hadn't been decorated since 1960 and was very small. The beds & furnishings were very poor quality. It was an uncomfortable night! The bathroom was full of mold, the shower a trickle of water. No tea making facilities or even drinking water. Hairdryer looked like a health hazard, so I didn't dare use it. I enquired about cancelling the booking but it was too late to find other accomodation nearby. I would like my money back.
