I stayed here late Dec 2019 where the public transport strike was going on. Metro or buses that are otherwise only 2-3 minutes walk away were no longer available but the lady at the front desk, Rose was the most helpful person I've ever met that helped us find out and book all the trips to faraway places like Disneyland and airports. The hotel is very clean, rooms were spacious and comfortable. My room came with a safe which is great. Despite the circumstances at that time, it was a great stay.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel and "someone" stole 400 euros that were hidden inside my luggage, inside my room. I asked the receptionist if we could meet the manager to tell him what had happened but the manager never even bothered to meet us. He just told the receptionist to tell us that we should have put the money inside the safe box. Completely unacceptable for a 3 star hotel in Paris.
