Staff is very helpful
Room was extremely small . No amenities in the bathroom and very small space for my husband to shave and
Comfortable Hotel at a good price - in a convenient location.
Location
No frills, excellent Hotel
Hotel location is very good, walking distance to Ils de la Cite, close to a Metro/RER station. Rooms are very clean and bathrooms are new.
Staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Rooms very clean and of a good size for Paris. Worth asking for a room with a veiw out over the skyscape of the city.
the staff was very kind and the demand for a nice view was respected.breakfast was served at very practical hours and it was very nicely located.the elevator was really nice and aristocratic.
our room was not ready by 5 pm in the afternoon by a mistake and the cleaning lady did not want to do it late in the afternoon. so we spent a night in another room and then we have changed it. but the staff has offered us the breakfast in order to compensate which was kind.
Very bad experiences I got with that particular hotel, most guest been awaked from sleep at 3:00 O'clock in the morning by a defective fire alarm systems. Most of us been gathered at the hotel reception at a cold nightwearing only a light pyjama some half dresses !!!!!
Nothing in particular even they been in shortage at breakfest with french baguetteand tea spoon , incredible !!!
The localization was perfect, it's vis a vis Sorbona and near Luxemburg Garden.
In my triple room there was no coffe service and no ironing kit as they wrote in an offer.
Room was compact and had everything I needed. It was clean. Very good location. STaff were all congenial and pleasant.
A single room that is as small as this one was can cause claustrophobia over ten days of stay. The bed was too near the window and when the weather was bad I was cold. You should offer larger rooms for singles on a longer stay. I would have been happy to pay extra but no one told me. I found it hard to hear cnn as it had a quieter audio setting than the other stations. More movies and interesting programs needed. Single people do not stay out late into the night so they some entertainment in their room for evening.
Excellent front desk staff, especially the pleasant, very friendly and helpful Oriental lady at the reception counter..patient too, smiles a lot ( unusual in many French hotel staff) goes the second mile for guests.Clean and central, very walkable to many "must- sees" in Paris
None that we can think of ...except the room would benefit from a refitting ( especially new wall paper) to match the bathroom which was a well renovated one.
Location, helpful receptionists.
Had to use antiquated, tiny, scary elevator or walk up a lot of stairs. Also, the street noise at night, yelling street people and motorcycles rushing by, was pretty bad.
Very friendly staff. Gives a very personalised feeling during my stay.
Hotel staff was really very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was very good.
The hotel is a bit old-fashioned and the rooms are small.
