In addition to being scammed by paying TWICE for the the room, it was not cleaned. Yes you heard that right! My sister and I had prepaid for the hotel and the concierge asked for our payment without checking the that it was already covered. After charging us twice, they refused the issue a refund through the original card and through cash. They insisted on a bank wire which required our bank accou...
