Pros (+) We didn't make it due to COVID-19 and this was the only hotel that did not give us a refund.

Cons (-) Tried to cancel booking due to the adverse weather closing down the whole of Ireland. Although I know that later cancellations would be hard to cancel for maybe the first night or two even informing before we were to travel but I thought they might have helped with the other 3 nights but they refused
