Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to public transport and local attractions. Many found the beds comfortable and the rooms spacious. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests noting dirty rooms, stained linens, and poorly maintained bathrooms. Service received mixed feedback; while some staff were described as helpful and accommodating, others were seen as unresponsive or unhelpful. The lack of functioning air conditioning and occasional maintenance problems, particularly with elevators and room facilities, were also common complaints.
