Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to metro stations and city attractions. However, cleanliness was a significant issue, with numerous reports of dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and even sightings of insects such as bedbugs and cockroaches. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests finding staff helpful and accommodating, while others experienced unfriendly or unprofessional behavior. Overall, while the location is a strong point, the hotel needs substantial improvements in cleanliness and some aspects of service.
