The staff received high marks for their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond, with several guests sharing stories of thoughtful gestures and attentive service. Many found the beds comfortable and the atmosphere charming and welcoming. However, some mentioned that the rooms were smaller than expected, which is common in Paris, and a few noted noise from nearby construction.
