Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, often mentioning its proximity to public transport and city attractions. However, many reviews highlighted problems with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and bathrooms, and several guests were dissatisfied with the service, citing unprofessional or unfriendly staff. Room size was another common concern, with many finding the rooms and bathrooms small or cramped. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements in cleanliness, service, and room size are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
