Good location. Accommodating staff. Clean room
The parking was nearby & we had a special rate of 25euro a night which seemed ok as compared to general parking prices in Paris.
The room was so tiny the three of us were not able to walk around it w/o stepping on one of the beds. It was always in a way. It was extremely loud in the first few hours (i think they were collecting the trash with a truck downstairs, & it seemed to last for a couple of hours). And in the early morning hours teenagers were screaming, & hitting cars, & again it was very loud & disturbing.
Besides breakfast everything was bad.
The hotel was exceptionally clean and all of the facilities were modern, but the staff made the stay superb! With the public transport strikes, the staff did their best to help us get round the city, between finding the cheapest shuttle to Disney and a taxi to the airport. Every staff member we met was genuine and helpful! The cleaners left the room spotless for us each day. I would fully recommend this hotel to anyone for a short or long stay!
One rude employee ruined it!
The location and surrounding neighborhood!
We WERE having a wonderful stay until the last night we were there and a very rude employee (no name tag) started telling everyone that they needed to be quiet because the “some people have to work tomorrow” and saying that they have a lot of business travelers who needs quiet in the hotel because they need to sleep! This hotel is NOT listed as a business travelers only hotel and we paid good money to stay here and didn’t appreciate the comment! This made us feel that this was not accommodating to families and we would never recommend this place to anyone. Such a shame given the amazing location and the other employees who were SO kind!
