staff friendly & helpful
bedroom small and the shower and bath were too small to use. The breakfast area was in the basement, it was oppressive and the only staff present was one lady who hid in the kitchen. The breakfast itself was OK. It was a self serve buffet type arrangement. Expensive breakfast for what they provided. On Wednesdays and Sundays, there is a street market directly opposite the hotel and this restricts on street parking. One member of staff did tell us this as we checked in.
Cleanliness in the room, everything is good. Restaurants and stores just nearby. Friendly staff.
Elevator is too small.
Good location near the Metro and the Eiffel Tower.
Upon arriving at my next destination we discovered that a shoe, a bikini bag and a souvenir bag from my wife were taken from our luggage. We contacted the hotel twice and had no response.
It was half-a-mile from the Eiffel Tower. There are several eateries nearby for any type of meal. There are several retail stores within steps of the hotel which came in handy when I needed to buy some flip-flops. One of the clothing stores has a grocery store upstairs. I couldn’t have picked a bet hotel.
The only thing was the hour-long train ride from the airport, but it gave me a chance to see and experience Paris on another level.
Did not eat there for breakfast. We were off early for tours. The location was great. two doors down from hotel was a small grocery store. Going the other direction was a laundry a few doors down. And just past that was the metro station which was easy to use. If you are a starbuck fan there was a store just around the corner.. Near alot of good restaurants. Within walking distance of the Eiffel tower and the River Seine. I would go back and stay there again if in Paris.
Like alot of small hotels the elevator was small so only one person and luggage at a time. We had a room for three and it was alittle tight with three large suitcases and other luggage with use.
