Pros (+) Location from transport point of view
Cons (-) Location wrt neighbourhood. Rooms are quite small. Fire alarm went off (due to toaster) but we left the building to find ourselves in a courtyard which you need to know how to open to gain access to the street. The air conditioning fan was loud, with a whirring sound
