The hotel was ok bit small and dark with lighting However the rooms are in funny shape angle the breakfast was on the poor side only croissant and the staff are extremely rood specially the guy who serves breakfast in the morning it feels like they want to avoid serving breakfast wishes included in your stay -well with that experience it’s no going back for me no
The staff was friendly, and the decor/design of the hotel was pleasant. The hotel is within easy walking distance to several Metro lines, including the train from the airport, and there were several very good restaurants in the vicinity. The WiFi worked well without issue. The bed was really comfortable for two people, and the pillows were comfortable as well.
The toilet was located in what amounted to a small closet. There was so little leg room, it was difficult managing to sit down to the toilet without falling onto it. The seat wasn't attached securely, and it also wouldn't stay up. The shower door wouldn't close all the way, and the gasket was loose, and so water got on the floor of the room. This became a problem when returning to the room after being out in the city, because now the room was humid and smelled wet. The hotel advertises the rooms as being soundproof, but they certainly weren't. We heard music and amorous lovers, and we woke daily to what sounded like cooing pigeons above us. One of our phones got dropped behind the bed, and going to retrieve it from under the bed revealed that they don't clean under the beds often. For whatever reason, the pictures of the rooms make the rooms appear more spacious than they actually are. The in-room safe was too small to fit a laptop or tablet. My partner commented that I was trying to save money by booking at this hotel, which wasn't the impression I wanted to make on Valentine's Day weekend.
Breakfast was good and staff was friendly, helpful and informative
Fantastic location, close to all the main attractions. It was clean and well presented.
Rooms a little small but minor detail, badly signposted outside.
The receptionist that worked from Saturday, Jan. 11 morning to evening of Sunday, Jan.12 was good.
