The dinners are amazing.. Each day has been a diferent topic (local, italian, africa ...) so does not exist a chance to taste the same something more times (if you won´t want, of course). On the other hand, if you´re not a British :) (it´ll be still the same, bacon, beans, eggs or bacon, egg and beans), breakfasts gonna be a little bit frustrating :) The hotel itself is OK, staff is very helpful and kind, at reception you can to book trip by boats or hire a car. The hotel beach is fine and bit small, but much more better are e.g. at Fig Tree Bay.. Some good beaches you can also find around the Paphos coast.
Nothing special, maybe a lot of things looks a little bit worn.
The staff were simply great. Very helpful and friendly. Especially Anna on reception and Violetta the room maid. They tried very hard to make up for the inconveniences and problems at the beginning. And I must say I found myself warming to the place in spite of the comments below. The location and the beach excellent.
The fact that I was given a noisy room (G34) opposite the bar despite having been noted as arriving ill, and having requested a quiet room at the booking, was most inconsiderate. When I moved to 214 the next day, I got much more peace and quiet, and though satisfied on the whole, was still disturbed by the generator sound between 8 in the morning and 11, and again between 17:00 and 20:00 every day. I decided to let it go as I could not face moving yet again. The hotel is overpriced for such a cramped sun lounging area. The lack of smart keys and extra costs for the safe out of date. Finally, I found the stink owing to the overuse of chemicals used to clean the towels so bad, I had to alert the maid. Again though I must add that when I pointed out what was wrong, the staff could not have been kinder and more helpful in solving the problem. The point is though, for the rating and money paid it does not match up.
We liked this hotel very much. Relaxted atmosphere, friendly staff. Comfortable clean rooms. Nice swimming pools, one outside, one inside (water of inside one could be a bit warmer). View from the room over the pool and sea is terrific. Location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the airport and Paphos, bus stop very neat the hotel, takes only 10 minutes to get to Paphos harbour.
The only improvement I should suggest is the quality of the food at diner and at the pool bar. Breakfast was ok, but a bit too much English orientated. There should be more Greek and Cypriotic specialities to eat.
Very good hotel, the stuff is very nice, big pool, it's on beach, but is not big beach and it was wind, so there was no swiming at start of may. The food is great. There is also a market inside of hotel and one just accross the street. Close to the airport.
Nothing, everything was great.
Staff were friendly, location is good with around a 35 min walk into Paphos marina area.
I have stayed at multiple hotels in Cyprus over the past 18 months for around the €159-€200 per night hotels. This has been the worst of a good bunch. Firstly the average age of the guests was around 65. It’s definitely catered towards the older generation. The food was pretty average compared to other hotels and not that much choice. Drinks were low quality and cheap.
