Pros (+) Nothing... the experience was horrible
Cons (-) Toilet didnt work.. room was dirty..wifi wouldn't work.. Manager was not helpful.. They left the dirty toilet plunger in the bathroom..and left their dirty gloves on while they touched everything..didnt try to sanitize anything. The manager..his wife and the "maintenance " man all told us problem was fixed... toilet still wouldn't flush when they left the room.

BOB PATEL ,told me directly they do not provide 100% customer satisfaction and that if I wanted a clean toilet (faces sprayed all over it) that I could go to the hotel across the street. Cons (-) I didn't like the fact that the breakfast was nothing like advertised, when I arrived they said there was no room available and didn't know why I was allowed to book a room. After having to argue 25 min the front desk finally put us in a diffrent room than we booked and extremely rude about it

Cons (-) Bed indicated someone had layed down on it. Toilet was overflowing & spilling water on floor. Hwd to wait 20 minutes because a couple as dissatisfied & cancelling rioms.

Cons (-) It had little friends crawling around. The sheets were dirty. Didn't feel clean at all the whole time. Breakfast wasn't nice at all. Won't be back to this particular hotel. I got what I paid for.

Cons (-) The breakfast the first day they did not have waffles the second day they had waffles but no surup. The person at the front desk was on the phone talking to her friend about her life and would not even put it down to even talk to me or answer the other phone.

Pros (+) Only 2 minutes from the Panama City mall and other stuff 20 min give or take from Front Beach Road Lots of eating places Rooms were clean Beds were comfortable Quiet Would recommend to anyone low budget looking for a getaway
