Pros (+) Location is great. Value for the money. I have stayed at this hotel twice now. Both times have been great I like that all the rooms have a kitchenette that makes it conveinent if you want to have the ability to keep drinks cold and be able to make a few meals at your room rather than eat out the whole time your at the beach. The separated queen beds helps if you have children.
Cons (-) There is some need for building maintenance mostly on the outer facade of the structure. Some attention to the need for an additional ice machine would help so as not to need to go to the one at the parking level if you are staying on the fifth floor or above. There are seven floors and one elevator.
