The reception staff were amiable and helpful.
Regret to say one of the mattresses was very lumpy - we could not get a comfortable night's rest.

Very friendly & helpfull staff / owners
Our rom, which was very comfotable was at the top floor of the hotel. We had two rather large cases to lug upstairs. No help fromstaff. However when we came to leave aftertwo enjoyable days there, a very strong and helpful chap carried our cases down to the lobby. Very much a boon as I waas not looking forward to lugging the cases back down two flights of stairs

The room was fantastic, staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast in the room, Woooo Hooooo. Oxford is a difficult place to find accomodation. Save your time, book with the MHH, you wont be disappointed and you will save hours trying to find a room elsewhere.
There was nothing about this hotel I didnt like.

“Our stay was brilliant, the owner Kavita was really lovely and friendly and had lots of good suggestions of things to do in the area! The room was clean and very well equipped with a well stocked breakfast. Would definitely stay again!”

“Loved the nice clean and pretty rooms - we asked for a quiet room and it was lovely and quiet. Also really liked the layout - a lovely big bedroom with ensuite and it was a real added bonus to have our tasty breakfast left in the fridge our room to eat at our prferred breakfast time. The real bonus for us was our own well supplied kitchenette, with a fridge and microwave and tea and coffee making facilities which was very family friendly and meant we could snack and eat at our normal times. The host was lovely and was accommodating to any requests and questions. Property was excellent location - meant a good walk into Oxford without having to get tied up in the one way system and parking..”
