Pros (+) We stayed for 6 days at this hotel. The service was great, the housekeeper was excellent, the breakfast was large and the hotel was quiet. Tim Hortons is also in front of the hotel so you have a second option for food! Even though the hotel is close to the airport you don't hear the airport. There r DVD players in each room and DVDs a the front desk to borrow.

Pros (+) Location was close to the business venue I was attending.
Cons (-) Bed was extremely uncomfortable, pillows were thin. Compressor on top of building was so loud it kept me awake. In room HVAC would wake me up when it turned on. Threshold between carpet and bathroom had nails poking through the carpet. Toilet stopped working on second night. Hotel staff did not even say 'thank you' when I dropped off my room key.
