Pros: AWESOME PLACE!!! Really old house with interesting design and the breakfast was fantastic. You can say it is in the city old centre, there is huge public parking 5 min walk and it is cheap.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely apartment, with fully equipped kitchen. Loved the roof terrace too. The owners were very kind and picked us up at the train station.
Cons: Blinky light in kitchen needs fixing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly lady, even drove me to the train station which is far from the city centre to catch the train; good position, wonderful breakfast, comfortable bed, best B&B in Ostuni !!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The homely feel and the fantastic breakfasts. The room was earthy and simply designed in a beautiful old house..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location and pleasant host.

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Not Much
Cons: Room was very subpar No closet Mattress minimal Bathroom crude
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The farmhouse is a gem, managed by warm hospitality. The rooms are filled with history and also offer everything you need, including a fireplace which was very useful as we were here in January. I they cook dinner, do not miss it! Fantastic local food with wine pairing!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is exceptional! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is incredible. What you get for the price is amazing! I will recommend this place to everyone I know who travels to Italy.
Cons: I really liked staying on site because it was so nice there. It would have been great if they had lunch options available because it would make it easier to stay on the farm all day instead of having to go somewhere else in the middle of the day.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Almost everything ! The atmosphere, the house, the grounds, the staff, all great
Cons: The way dinner is planned: you do not have a choice other than "surprise" 4 or 6 or 8 set course. Whatever is served is 5* though.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful setting. Great staff who are passionate about olive farming and food. Guests are guests not numbers. Quiet peaceful and relaxing and not fussy or pretentious. Lots to nearby to see, Luke Ostuniand even just a quiet walk among the olive groves was a great tonic.
Cons: Having to leave!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything- this place is idyllic.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Restored and now sustainable maintained farm property. Farmhouse stunning and history shared with us through guided tour. The produce was amazing, not just the food and local wine, but the hand & body/hair soap. We did the 8 course organic medieval dinner and every mouthful was delicious & wines excellent. Service so professional and friendly. Everything met our expectations. Highly recommend.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacy room with excellent design. Dining area and high quality food with fresh from the garden ingredients.
Cons: Nescaffe in the room. We suggest small Illy machine with real coffe.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautifully renovated. Nice touches like fire pits lit in the evening. Excellent evening meal.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful premises decorated tastefully in a local country style. Quality food. Helpful and friendly staff. coated for easy drives to many of the local towns.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: excellent and opulent breakfast
Cons: nothing could be better, the only thing is that I would not necessarily book the 4 course dinner for my children again. Overall it was a bit pricy in comparison what you could get elsewhere within the region/town
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice but we were in the modern part of the masseria which lacked charm
Cons: Pool, breakfast
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely room, pool area, outside dining area overlooking pool and also inside traditional style dining area. Spotlessly clean in all areas of hotel. The breakfast was amazing, buffet style with lots of choices and homemade. Also had 3 delicious evening meals.
Cons: Need a car as slightly out of Ostuni, this wasn’t a problem for us as we had a car.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to town, food offerings were great, staff were super friendly, property was beautiful (go explore past the pool to see what they're growing!).
Cons: N/a
7.7 Good
Pros: The owner escorted us to our room and was extremely nice and spoke English excellently. All the staff were helpful and very friendly. The place is quiet and lovely, very peaceful and relaxing. I would heartily recommend this place.
7.0 Good
Pros: The owners, Memo and Danielli who were wonderful hosts, and the food and wine which were both excellent and good value.
Cons: The room was very comfortable but the "piccolo bagno" made showering a challenge. This did not detract from the whole very positive experience.
7.0 Good
Pros: It environment around the converted farm buildings seemed well cared for, and the flowerbeds and trees made the whole place seem very attractive. There is a lovely terrace, on which we enjoyed sitting comfortably to read in the sun or watch the sun set. The restaurant is especially good. It has a fixed menu for dinner which is good value and serves beautifully cooked local food. We liked the fact that we had a kitchenette so that we could also make our own meals sometimes. We enjoyed the swimming pool which is a good size. You are in the countryside but only about 2 km from Ostuni which is a beautiful town.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic food, close to Ostuni, wonderful host, reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
6.7 Good
Pros: quite good - a bit difficult to find initially entering into Ostuni - is some distance from the town centre. good rooms -
Cons: overall good value slightly small shower - otherwise reasonalbly sized rooms with kitchnette and private facilities
4.4 Okay
Pros: The location was good.
Cons: The rooms are basic and the breakfest was ok. As in was mid October the rooms were cold and the grounds could not be used to full advantage.
5.2 Okay
Pros: I think the hotel has good facilities, very clean and the staff were very helpful once they understood what we were saying.
Cons: There was no English spoken, limited breakfast unless you like cake this was fine for me as I have stayed there before but if you are not aware this can be difficult especially as I had a 9 year old with me
7.2 Good
Pros: Yes, you can park outside your room and it is lovely and quiet. Our room also had a kitchenette with large fridge and cooking facilities.
Cons: It is difficult to find.
6.0 Good
Pros: Staff and family were very friendly but their lack of English encouraged us to use our limited Italian!
Cons:
5.6 Okay
Pros: Friendly staff though very limited English spoken - but I guess you have to remember you are staying with a family on their working farm. Room was large, well equipped and comfortable enough given the price. Good pool and lots of outdoor communal spaces. Good to be served fresh food from the farm. Close to town.
Cons: Breakfast was more limited than is usual in continental places - lots of cakes, not much in the way of cereals, breads, hams or cheeses. Not the usual coffee options either, just thick black coffee from a large pot. The rooms in the old farmhouse where I stayed are more basically furnished, though the same price, as the newer rooms in the outbuildings. My shower was broken. There are a lot of rooms, it can get surprisingly busy. The hotel has a good local reputation for catering but dinner was disappointing on the one night we ate there.

Pros: Range of food options was available at breakfast. Few minutes walk from old town of Ostuni. View to the old town from the hotel room and pool was very impressive. We didn't experience difficulty to communicate with the staff as they speak English fluently.
Cons: Swimming pool closes at 7 pm which is too early, should be open till 10 or 11 pm like other hotels.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Generous breakfast with great selection of food. Very attentive staff.
Cons: The swimming pool was inaccessible....over 100 steep external steps to the reach the pool area which was located high on a hill top. Fantastic pool and surrounding area but too far from hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All was perfect. Hotel clean. Personal very welcoming. Thanks to Leonardo and Nicoletta. They let us use the parking of the hotel and the swimmimg pool after we checked out. The swimmimg is on a top of the hill behind the hotel. It offers a wonderful view on Ostuni. There is a free navette shuttle to go up there.
Cons: I didn't like leaving the hotel. All was so good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is really close to Ostuni city center, it can be reached with a 10 minutes walk. The room seem to have been recently renovated. The parking place is detached from the hotel itself but very close (50 m).
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good location close to the center (10 minutes walking), very nice view from the pool, good breakfast
7.9 Good
Pros: Modern, tidy hotel with excellent breakfast and kind staff. Parking is 100m from the main entrance on the other side of the road. Downtown is just a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
Cons: We asked a quite room but on that saturday night there was a birthday party on the terrace until 1.30 a.m. with extremly loud music and guest. Our room was close to the terrace so we could not sleep until the end of the party.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the minute we arrived, we found that the staff were so incredibly friendly helpful and professional. The room was a delight, the evening meal delicious with stunning views and the breakfast abundant. Would highly recommend
7.9 Good
Pros: Good for one night stopover. Pool lovely with great views. Room a bit tight but adequate. Breakfast was in a large room and was very good.
Cons: It's built into a hillside so there's little external light inside. Would be a bit oppressive for me for a longer stay. Had a bit of a corporate feel.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: A good hotel, a huge bedroom and a helpful reception team, but out of the town, not far, but far enough for me to not give top marks on location (good parking though, and free of charge)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: good room, with lovely bathroom, Pool is up the hill, but there is a shuttle bus if you don't want to walk up the steps to it Breakfast has a great selection in the buffet, all the food was lovely. Great location, only a 10 minute walk to the old town
Cons: nothing

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The peace and quiet of this simple, semi-rural, messeria b&b was wonderful. We were able to stand down from an arduous day of travelling and have a quiet beer out on the terrace in the cool of late afternoon and watch the sun sink in a blazing ball of orange over the fields and olive groves that are typical of Puglia. Perfect! We were smitten with the spirit of generosity shown by our hosts and leo. Charming and obliging folk like no other. only wish we might have been there for olive harvest next week. im sure we would have laughed and cooked and sang our way to the presses. A wonderful breakfast left us feeling repleat after a comfortable night's sleep - already to seize the day! ah la dolce vita!
Cons: there is nothing we didnt like except leaving.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful setting, lovely breakfast, friendly hostess.
Cons: Room could have been better equipped - needed pillow cases on spare pillows, no blankets, would have liked a kettle / tea coffee making facilities in room as accommodation was a long way from any bars or cafes
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the Masseria Tolla B&B and loved Giuseppe & Manuela so much! They were the perfect hosts and they were both so nice. The property was gorgeous! Manuela prepared cappuccinos for us every morning. The room we stayed in was perfect. The shower was great and our bed was very comfortable! The road leading to the house is very easy to find. It was great having a place to park with a gate too for security! Ostuni is a perfect town and we loved heading there for dinner while staying here. It's a 5 minute drive to the old town of Ostuni from here. Don't forget to check out the haunted mansion with the two giant trees as you exit their main street! We also loved Leo, Giuseppe's dog! Bello bello bello! Grazie mille!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Modern, well presented rooms in a farmhouse setting.
Cons: Access is via a very poorly maintained road. The turn off is on a very bad bend in the road. It is safer to pass the entrance and “double back” to access. Breakfast was very poor by Italian standards.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is very unusual, loved that we stayed in the old part of the Masseria. The hosts were very nice and gave us great recommendations for sightseeing/eating places in the area.
9.6 Excellent
Cons: Just needs a pool and then it's perfect
7.1 Good
Pros: Clean. Lovely location. Helpful owners .
Cons: We were travelling by train , so location was too far out, but would have been fine if travelling by car. Some more comfortable outdoor seating would have been good, as the B and B is in a lovely setting. Breakfast only available for 1 hour from 8.30. Would have preferred slightly early start time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We booked masseria Tolla because of the pictures, little did we know that Giuseppe and Macchitella will be the best hosts ever! We had a great time, our room was super clean and super cool, bed was perfect and duvet cover was like a cloud! Breakfast was good, coffe and juice also. They have a dog named Leo, Leo likes panini and to sleep during the day
Cons: Nothing....everything was great!

4.0 Okay
Pros: Location, public areas for the hotel guests, patio areas. The overall building was stunning.
Cons: Beds on platforms are 1970s and the overall design of the rooms were uncomfortable. Bathrooms lacked shelfspace and where on the smaller side. One of the rooms we had had leaks where rain came through. Lighting in one of the bathrooms was really bad. The public areas for the bar and restaurant although beautiful, do not make sense and it is uncomfortable and difficult to enjoy drinks with friends. We ordered drinks but where seated in the breakfast area next to the kitchen that smelled of fish from the dinner service. The only staff member exceeding our expectation was Andrea the driver.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very charming and comfortable. Beautiful sceneries on The Valley. Wonderful one star Michelin chief.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful, clean great location and the staff was amazing
Cons: Services start at 8 am, so no coffee or food are ride to your car. Coffe machine in room would help

7.1 Good
Pros: Beautiful Patio for the breakfast, location
Cons: Too expensive, some room do not have windows
7.9 Good
Pros: The design of the premises and location were fantastic
Cons: The staff in general were unfriendly. The spa offered a manicure for 45 Euros and it was the worst manicure I hace ever received. A complete rip off considering it only included change of color and filing.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: The hotel design

6.0 Good
Pros: The location in proximity to the old town. The vaulted ceilings in the restaurant. The sauna. Staff were awesome! The parking.
Cons: There were no glasses to enjoy a drink from the mini-bar - only plastic cups ... even in the junior suite! The pillows were bulgy, too many lounges in the junior suite took up the extra space I paid to have a larger room. Uncomfortable flip-flops instead of the nice slippers shown in the advertising.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location right outside of Ostuni. Lovely room and very nice breakfast. Only a ten-minute walk up into town. Loved the on sight parking. The Ostuni Palace Hotel is right across the street from the the Corso Vittorio Emmanuel Viewpoint for photos of Ostuni as below. The jelly candies in the reception area were delicious. I especially would like to thank Marilu who went out of her way on day off to mail back to me a linen shirt I left in the breakfast room. Exceptional kindness which was very appreciated by me.
Cons: nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was ideal, if we return to Ostuni we would stay there again due to it being so ideally located.
Cons: We had to change our room after the first night because the noise from the road kept us awake most of the night. The second room was much quieter, but both rooms were small. We were disappointed that as hotel guests there wasn’t a complimentary visit into the spa pool as in other hotels we’ve stayed in. It was thirty euros each for one hr!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Rooms very clean and pretty.
7.1 Good
Pros: The price we paid is far too much for the hotel. The hotel is nice, the location is fine, not too far from the city centre, like 15 min walk, the view over the city is very nice, however the price we paid of almost 200 euro per night is too much for this.
Cons: The breakfast could be better
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was splendid: the room, view, breakfast, staff, location and the parking! We had such a comfortable and pleasant stay! We’ll be back for a third stay next winter!

7.0 Good
Pros: Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Cons: I chose a room based on the pictures I saw on the website, but then the room turned out to be much smaller.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very spacious room with gorgeous views over Ostuni. Comfy bed and very friendly hotel staff.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was a fabulous find in the heart of Ostuni. Our room was spacious and gorgeous - an ancient building tastefully brought into the modern times but still with the old touches. It felt bright and clean. Large bedroom and large shower. The location could not be beat - right in the heart of things with plenty of nice restaurants once you got off the main alley with all the touristy shops, As one other reviewer noted, you cannot drive to the hotel. You park at the Parcheggio Stella (7 Euros) and call the hotel and they come get you in a tiny car that fits in the alleys. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer!
Cons: Nothing - super comfortable and clean!
6.7 Good
Pros: Location good.
Cons: Restaurant closed Breakfast average Parking difficult Bar closed
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful venue. Kind, professional staff. Huge room. Highly recommended.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is located in the center of old town, so it is covenient to walk around there. And we could enjoy to stay at a traditional house and the beautiful sceneray of Ostuni from our room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything. The building is amazing : the rooms are located at several levels among terraces and plants. A hotel “ con charme”
Cons: The location although excellent is the difficult access but the staff are very helpful and if you call them, they come and fetch you with their shuttel
5.8 Okay
Pros: Good location and well designed room in historic house
Cons: Both bedrooms reeked of cleaning fluid - bleach/Domestos - so strongly it even persisted with the windows open - and unfortunately we had to keep them shut because there was a private party with live music in the town centre until 11.45pm. Breakfast was very disappointing, perfunctory, factory bread, plastic 'jam' &c - set out in the next door restaurant which seemed odd as there are perfectly serviceable public rooms on the second floor which could be used for breakfast in house. Front desk service came and went - had to find the lady (in the kitchen next door) to pay in the morning... All small points which could easily be improved to make one's stay really enjoyable.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful, gorgeously appointed place with amazing views and great location. Best of all was the staff - just delightful, and most accommodating. The hotel graciously forgave my booking error, which was non-refundable, but they didn't charge us anyway.
Cons: Terrifying (for me) drive to the hotel, on narrow, Old City streets with hairpin turns. Then had to go back down and park at the base of the climb anyway, (for which we got a lot of help from staff with shuttle).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extraordinarily gracious, kind and accommodating. A beautifully updated and appointed palazzo, in great taste without sacrificing its history. Great views, great charm, great location. Best of all: the staff.
Cons: Driving on the ancient roads with hairpin turns to get up to the place; then having to park at the bottom of the town anyway. However the staff guided us in their little shuttle once we found them.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I have stayed at many Agritourismo is this was definitely one of the best. Great location, beautiful accommodation and facilities. But best of all was Fabio and his fabulous staff. We had my wife’s 70th birthday celebration lunch ( just the four hours and 8 courses ! ) in the restaurant which was brilliant. They couldn’t do enough for us and the food was as amazing as it was plentiful. Great pool and children’s play area. We absolutely loved it they made us so welcome too. It’s not the cheapest but definitely the best we have stayed in.

7.9 Good
Pros: Very welcoming family - a pleasant place, low key, nice surroundings and traditional stop over which is what we were after. Good home cooking. Expect kitch!
Cons: Room was a bit of a mixture - for example you couldn't open the window and get into the bathroom at the same time.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast. Remote location outside Ostuni with a great pool area and very nice staff.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Small and pleasant hotel located in the middle of very old olive trees. Play place for kids and swimming pool in a welcoming environment. Coming from the Adriac coast the way to there crossing Ostuni is not easy... but worthwhile.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The homemade food mas more than delicious as well in the morning as in the evening. It also is quiet place with lots of flowers . Very friendly and helpful staff.
6.7 Good
Pros: The best breakfest we had in Italy.

Cons: Maybe some food available in the evening

7.5 Good
Pros: Location was very handy to visit Ostuna . Natural charm about property and staff. Evening meal on second night was very good both in terms of value for money and quality. Don't look for food on a Wednesday as its chefs night off.
Cons: Didn't like the cold coffee and breakfast was very "basic". If you like cold coffee and dieting at breakfast then this is the place for you. If you like a comfortable bed but woken throughout the night by the sound of mating geese below your bedroom window then this is the place for you. It was not unacceptable though as we were too tired to let it put us off and it lent a charm to the property.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Our host was friendly and funny and became an excellent waiter at night in the restaurant. We cannot thank him and the staff enough for the extra effort they went to to contact us when the cleaner discovered we’d left our laptop in the room. They opened up very early when w returned the next day to collect it so we could continue with our travels. The whole property is beautiful, especially at night, and the olive trees were beautiful to wander through. The gardens are gorgeous. Breakfast was amazing - fantastic coffee, fruit, yoghurt etc and delicious freshly baked cakes!! We loved our stay.
Cons: We disturbed the farmer next door when we first arrived, mistakenly thinking we’d arrived at the correct place - maybe the signage for the entrance drive could be a little clearer.
5.8 Okay
Pros: It was quiet with a good breakfast.
Cons: The room was not fitted out well, spacious but stark with poor furniture selection and an uncomfortable bed.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place. Very warm welcome. Got a private guided tour around the whole place with its over 1200 years old olive gardens. Room with very simple furniture, but has the farmers charme. Compared to the inner square of the Masseria and the whole building in general, which looks like in a fairy tale, it could be in a little better shape. Quietness everywhere (no wonder it serves as yoga and silence retreat, too), access to everything and everywhere. Very nice dinner, good quality; breakfast has sweet and salty variety of the place. Staff is supportive, friendly and decent. All in all amazing and worth to come back!!!!
7.1 Good
Pros: Very good breakfast and beautiful olive grove outside.
Cons: Awful kitchen equipment and terrible garden furniture outside the room (very damaged, shabby and the sofa had the hole....).

Pros: Staff is outstanding. Very lovely warm people. Roberto speaks great English, and although the older woman doesn’t she is a pleasure and tries the hardest to communicate. The grounds are outstanding. And breakfast was lush and delicious.
Cons: The rooms have a bit of an ikea feel. They are nice, but this modern style is quite unexpected when you are going for the old school masseria experience.

7.5 Good
Pros: Close to old city.
Cons: AC turned off in mid Oct. Shower water not hot.
7.9 Good
Pros: Spacious
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We went with only moderate expectations given the name of the hotel and first impressions of the low rise hotel on a busy road weren’t great. However we were won over by the staff of this family run hotel. First Aldo gave very good advice as to where to park our car when visiting the historic centre of Ostuni and the next morning we were served a very good breakfast and were offered very good advice on nearby places to visit by the owner. We had chosen the hotel because it offered free parking and despite being on a busy road, with the windows closed and the quiet air conditioning on, had a very good night’s sleep.
Cons: The bathroom was very small
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The host, the two quys, were very friendly. We felt during all our stay very welcome. Breakfast was great with fresh juice and fruits. Many thanks. Highly recommend.
Cons: Shower cabin was a bit small, but othewise we were very pleased.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hosts were friendly and very helpful. Welcoming and would definitely go back
Cons: The lactose free milk and lack of breakfast choice for lactose free. Breakfast same choice everyday. But that really was the only thing

5.0 Okay
Pros: Chambre propre
Cons: The hotel is a long walk from the beach. Noise from the road traffic. Noise from the music late at night. Many moskitoes outside, as well as inside the room. Very long Wait at Check-in, for almost 50 minutes. Reception takes way too much time. Buffet breakfast not satisfactory, chemical juice, not much, not appetizing. Bedroom: clean, but no coffee machine, no tissues, no bottle of water and plenty of moskitoes. Many stairs in the hotel, and no lift. Air conditioning in the room, but no heating. The bedroom was cold during the night (end of May).

7.0 Good
Pros: Staff is very friendly and helpful.
