The hotel is near Amerikura but is quite dated. The rabbit manager Hiroko is a nice touch to the lobby.

I have two young kids and they loved the rabbit at reception, they keep asking when can we go back to visit, if you have kids under 7 and love food then there is no other option in Osaka, location is 5min walk from Dontborri the best food district in Osaka and the rabbit is best waking up and be good incentive. Staff at reception are lovely and helpful very nice . Onsite laundry mat was also good for a mid tour clothes wash
Smelt a little Smokey around the corridors and rooms but they are very clearly non smoking now so only residual

close enough to Don. street to walk, drink, but far enough that its peaceful.
Its an older building I think that they are doing a good job maintaining it, but it is old.
