Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's outstanding service, friendly and helpful staff, and prime location close to key attractions and transport. The breakfast was frequently described as good to excellent, with several guests enjoying the variety and quality. Cleanliness and well-maintained premises were also highlighted, as were the amenities such as the pool, spa, and outdoor areas. Some minor negatives included lack of air conditioning, occasional small or dark rooms, and limited in-room facilities, but overall, the positive experiences far outweighed any drawbacks.

Nils and his staff were warm and helpful. Georg, the hiking guide, was an asset. The location was perfect to access major gondolas to get up in the mountains to hiking trails. The food was above and beyond, healthy and amazing. Elena, at the front desk was always helpful. We will be back!
