Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to the convention center, restaurants, and local attractions. Cleanliness is another highlight, as several reviews mention spotless rooms and updated facilities. The staff is frequently described as friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall guest experience. While some guests mention issues with extra fees, value for price is generally seen as reasonable, especially given the hotel's amenities and quality. Negative comments focus on maintenance issues, noise, and some service lapses, but the positives outweigh the negatives in most reviews.

Pros (+) convenient to convention center and restaurants
Cons (-) every hotel near the convention center is over priced. Orlando is not Chicago or New York City, so don't tell me that construction or labor costs are comparable

Pros (+) I liked the pool area and having Starbucks. I also enjoyed the Breakfast buffet.
Cons (-) We wanted to eat Dinner at the buffet and it was closed. There was also a strange fake baby expo that my kids had to witness. It was very creepy.

Pros (+) Great location, friendly staff, clean modern rooms with mini fridge and coffee maker
Cons (-) Walls/doors are thin, as in I could hear a lot of noise from right outside the room or in the rooms right next to ours

Pros (+) Clean and nice quality rooms. Would stay there again.
Cons (-) Had to pay $13.00 per night to park. Didnt know this when i booked online at 3rd party site. I think its due to proximity to Convention Center.
