Pros (+) Stayed in newly renovated room. Flooring is a composite made to look like wood. Quiet, soft on feet. Lights and dlectric outlets everywhere. Reading lights built into sides of headboards a nice touch. Pull out couch sleeps one, easy to maneuver.
