the location
the staff ( especially the housekeeping ) were not friendly or available when need to,the housekeeping staff didn't clean the room very well or vacuum the room, . in the room ,the iron in room had it tip broken which tron the cloths 2-the phone was not working and we told the reception about it nothing happened

Our room was clean and honestly beautiful! Nicely renovated. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was quiet! The pool area was fantastic especially for younger kids - it’s 3ft at the deepest and has several slides and floats... our kids were enamored. The hot tub is right by the pool so parents can rotate between hot tub and pool while keeping a close eye on little swimmers. I suspect the pool/hot tub were at least partially saltwater - there were no harsh chlorine fumes in the air and nobody’s eyes got sore after a ton of swimming, which I really appreciate.
I can’t think of a single improvement. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at!

girl who checked us in said Jesus Christ and God damnit several times. Manager next to her the whole time didn't seem to mind. During breakfast a young man working looked to be intoxicated. Took him 10 mins to change a garbage bag
