Guest reviews present a mixed picture of the hotel. Many guests appreciated the friendly and professional staff, clean and spacious rooms, and convenient location. Some enjoyed the breakfast and found the pool to be a highlight. However, several guests expressed concerns about the safety of the neighborhood, with reports of feeling unsafe and encountering homelessness nearby. Cleanliness was praised in many rooms, but there were also complaints about dirty hallways and bathrooms. Breakfast quality received both positive and negative remarks.
