really bad experience , unreasonable rules that deduct my money : two months earlier to cancel the booking
cancelling booking rule is unreasonable and unbeleiveable. i booked hotel and did not notice this rules that shall cancel two months earlier, but i noticed that i can cancel it flexiable, so i paid higher price other than lower price so that i could cancel, but at last, when i cancel the booking, i found i could not there is small notice that two months earlier.
