Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, which is close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Some guests also complimented the friendliness and helpfulness of certain staff members. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, and poor service from some front desk staff. The breakfast area was found to be small with limited options, and amenities like the pool and gym were sometimes unavailable or not working. Overall, the hotel offers good value and a great location, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and amenities.
